  My Company uses this medical office for all our DOT Breath Alcohol Testing. Excellent customer service, gets our employees in same day. I'm extremely satisfied with them. Very nice people to work with. My employees are always saying nice things about this office and the VIP service and treatment. I just cant say enough good things that's how impressed I am with them.

  My company called me that I was pulled for a Random Drug Test and Breath alcohol test. I stopped in at this drug testing center & they took me right in without an appointment. Dr Ellsworth is very nice & got me in & out. They faxed everything to my employer so that I met the deadline for my D.O.T. Random B.A.T. requirement for this quarter random pool. Being an over the road driver it is extremely hard to locate a breath alcohol testing facility. This one is top notch, treated me extremely well. I highly recommend Dr Ellsworth for all your drug testing needs & Breath alcohol testing needs.
