  I was not allowed to make an appointment to see him. The staff was not very helpful. They told me about their billing process and they seem rigid and ill informed about what a High Deductible Medical Plan means. Although I have asthma and am in a treatment program for asthma, in their opinion, I still need a primary care physician to refer me to them for an appointment. I just moved here less than 6 months ago, and what I need is a Pulmonologist. Not many unnecessary visits and discussions with physicians who are unable to treat me just so I can find a doctor who can treat me. If I wanted that I would have gotten the HMO plan during benefits enrollment. I am on a medication regimen that requires that I see a doctor to get a prescription so that I can continue on this treatment program indefinitely so I don't die. So thanks Dr Bruce for helping me with that!
