  I would consider twice before going to this seller.
  After contracting and paying for a 3cm granite, his installers actually delivered and installed 2cm granite.
  When I brought this up to his attention he delayed for two weeks on several promises he will discount the price and in the end he sent me a certified letter to explain that his pricing is on par with the industry and he doesn't feel he was in any wrongdoing.
  I am now disputing the charge with the credit card company.
